Social Media Management (Italy)

Create, plan and publish engaging content for our Italian Instagram account.
Adapt global content into compelling Italian-localized content.
Develop content ideas that resonate with Italian pet owners.
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent posting.
Monitor community engagement and interact with followers.
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Influencer Marketing

Identify, recruit and onboard relevant Italian influencers and content creators.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
Negotiate collaborations and ensure timely execution.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Develop a scalable influencer network to support VEGDOG's growth in Italy.

Localization & Market Insights

Review and adapt marketing materials, product descriptions, landing pages and campaigns for the Italian market.
Ensure that messaging, tone of voice and cultural references are relevant for Italian consumers.
Provide feedback on customer expectations, trends and competitive activities in Italy.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns with local market insights.
Act as an internal expert on Italian consumer behavior and pet owner preferences.

Cross-Functional Support

Assist the Marketing and E-commerce teams with ad hoc projects related to Italy.
Support customer communication and content localization when needed.
Help identify growth opportunities and new partnerships in the Italian market.
Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition in Italy.

Was solltest du mitbringen

Native Italian speaker.
Excellent written communication skills and strong understanding of Italian social media culture.
Good English skills; German is a plus but not required.
Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing.
Creative mindset combined with an analytical approach.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
Passion for pets and animal welfare is a strong advantage.
First experience with Instagram, TikTok, influencer management or content creation is a plus.

Als First Mover im Bereich allergenarme, pflanzenbasierte Hundeernährung mit wissenschaftlichem Anspruch setzt VEGDOG auf klare Werte und messbare Standards. Dabei liegt dem Unternehmen ein positiver Impact und das Thema Tierwohl besonders am Herzen. Es ist gelungen, bereits zahlreiche Tiere aus prekären Situationen zu befreien, darunter eine von VEGDOG adoptierte gerettete Schafsherde. Durch Spendenaktionen konnten bereits große Mengen Futter an Tiere in Not geliefert werden, zuletzt 28 Tonnen für Tierschutzhunde in der Ukraine – gemäß dem VEGDOG-Motto: Do Good. Feed Better.
